Originally ordered adjustable lowering links but found out that you had to remove center stand. So returned that and installed these.
A bit of work removing the original nut and bolt as you need a lot of torque to remove them. Raised bike on 2x8 on center stand to get better leverage, and a torque wrench. Also helps to block rear wheels to ease removing the actual bolts as you need to jiggle them out. I had to remove the exhast can on right to make the removal of bolts. Make sure to install the plastic washers on both sides. I forgot one that was stuck on the wrench and had to remove nut to install them.
Bike feels much easier to handle now that I can flat foot, easier to back up the bike on slight incline since it is such a heavy bike.
Front end feels a bit too light but handles fine in twisties. I did Tail of Dragon with these links and no probs.
I would like to lower the front end 3/4" and see how that feels.
Recommend it to anyone with short inseam. I am 30" inseam.
